Merck Announces First-Quarter 2020 Dividend
KENILWORTH, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov 19, 2019--
Merck (NYSE: MRK), known as MSD outside the United States and Canada, today announced that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.61 per share of the company’s common stock for the first quarter of 2020. Payment will be made on Jan. 8, 2020 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 16, 2019.
