Shots fired on Far East Side; no reports of injuries, damage, Madison police say
People living in a Far East Side neighborhood called police Sunday night after hearing shots fired, but officers found nobody injured or any property damage.
The gunfire was reported in the 5100 block of Great Gray Drive at about 9:45 p.m., Madison police said.
“People in the area called police after hearing two or three possible gun shots,” said police Sgt. Ryan Gibson.
Officers were not able to find evidence of shots being fired.
No suspects were identified.
