Hayman named new director of VA Montana Health Care System
HELENA, Mont. (AP) — U.S. Veterans Affairs officials say Judy Hayman has been named the new director of the VA Montana Health Care System.
A VA statement released Friday says Hayman most recently was the agency’s medical center director in Syracuse, New York, and she also served in a leadership position at the VA’s Altoona, Pennsylvania, medical center.
Hayman will replace Kathy Berger, who left to become director of the VA Medical Center in Chillicothe, Ohio. Paul Gregory is now the Montana center’s acting director.
Berger had been director since June 2016.
The Montana VA Health Care System serves more than 47,000 veterans across the state.
