OUS announces Legacy Walkway Brick Project
IRONTON — Ohio University Southern has announced its Legacy Walkway Brick Project.
Four hundred bricks will be available for custom engraving. They will be placed along the sidewalk path taken by graduates in the Shafer Courtyard at the Ironton Campus.
The bricks, which will cost $100 each, will be custom engraved with the names of alumni, loved ones or corporate names.
“The Southern Campus has been part of the community for more than 61 years,” Dean Nicole Pennington said in a news release. “The Legacy Walkway offers a tangible, permanent way to commemorate our past, present and future Bobcats. It also gives local organizations and businesses a way to show their support for the campus.”
For more information, visit https://www.ohio.edu/southern/alumni/walkway.cfm or call Sarah Diamond Burroway at 740-533-4593 to order. Proceeds from the project will benefit the Southern Campus Greatest Needs Fund.
