President Judge Michael Barrasse sentenced the following defendants recently in Lackawanna County Court:

¦ Richard Thomas, 30, 42½ Pear St., Carbondale, to two years’ court supervision, including 60 days in county prison, for unlawful restraint.

¦ Zildjian Zablotney, 24, 1175 Kane St., Apt. 131, Scranton, to three to 12 months in county prison followed by one year probation for resisting arrest.

¦ Pablo Giovannari, RR 1 Box 1253 Crystal Lake Road, Carbondale, to six months’ court supervision, including five days in county prison and two months’ house arrest, and a $500 fine for DUI — tier one, third offense.

¦ Holly Metro, 56, 216 A McAndrew Drive, Archbald, to 91 days time served to one year in county prison for defiant trespass.

¦ Herminio Rijos, 57, 424 Wyoming Ave., Scranton, to 11 to 23 months in county prison for criminal use of a communications facility.

¦ David Aponte Cepedo, 30, 401 Pittston Ave., Scranton, to 241 days time served to 18 months in county prison followed by two years’ court supervision, including 90 days of house arrest, and two years’ probation for access device fraud and theft by unlawful taking.

¦ Jennifer Bevan, 37, RR 1 Box 1311, Hop Bottom, to two years’ court supervision, including three months’ house arrest, followed by one year of probation and $1,250 in restitution for corruption of minors and defiant trespass.

¦ Jason Keaton, 32, 419 Susquehanna St., Forest City, to six months’ court supervision, including two months’ house arrest, and a $1,000 fine for DUI — tier three, first offense.

¦ Quinton Desouza, 28, 413 Moosic Road, Old Forge, to one year probation for receiving stolen property.

¦ Ronald Batts, 64, 6203 Park Place, Tobyhanna, to 14 to 36 months in state prison followed by three years’ probation for possession with intent to deliver and theft by unlawful taking.

¦ Leanne Patara, 32, 65 Gaylord Ave., Plymouth, to one year probation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

¦ Omar Ahmed, 25, 47 Wiltshire Road, Williamsville, New York, to one year probation for possession of a controlled substance.

¦ Tyquan Fields, 24, 708 Saginaw St., Scranton, to one year probation for possession of a controlled substance.

¦ Raymond Fuller, 43, 509 George St., Old Forge, to six months’ court supervision, including one month of house arrest, followed by one year of probation and a $1,000 fine for defiant trespass and DUI — tier three, first offense.

¦ Zachary Evancavich, 24, 502 S. Webster Ave., second floor, to three years’ court supervision, including three months’ house arrest, for possession with intent to deliver.

Judge Vito Geruolo sentenced:

¦ Robert Andrews, 33, 608 S. Main Ave., Apt.2, Scranton, to one year probation for harassment.

¦ James Moran Jr., 27, 917 Ferdinand St., Scranton, to two years’ court supervision and a $500 fine for DUI — tier one, third offense.

¦ Ian Clayton, 41, 921 S. Webster Ave., Scranton, to nine to 18 days in county prison for disorderly conduct.

¦ Jesse Durnin, 28, 574 Main St., Vandling, to 15 to 41½ months in state prison followed by two years’ probation for corruption of minors and endangering the welfare of children.

¦ Emanuel Collazo, 33, 523 Third Ave., second floor, Scranton, to 22 to 48 months in state prison followed by two years’ probation for delivery of a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility.

¦ Luis Luna-Torres, 20, 1139 Rock St., Scranton, to 16 to 36 months in state prison followed by four years’ probation for aggravated assault.

¦ Anthony Way, 34, 837 Moore St., Scranton, to 26 to 71 months in state prison and $4,763 in restitution for criminal trespass and resisting arrest.

¦ Gerard Donvito, 53, 521 Quincy Ave., Scranton, to 10 days time served to two years in county prison and a $500 fine for DUI — tier one, third offense, and 90 days in county prison for driving under suspension.
