Supreme Court to hold ‘On the Road’ session in Windham
WINDHAM, N.H. (AP) — The New Hampshire Supreme Court is going to hold its latest “On the Road” series at Windham High School.
The court will hear oral arguments at the school on Oct. 16. The case that will be heard is the State v. Christina A. Hill, regarding the interpretation of the state’s new bail statute.
The court began its “On the Road” series in 2002. Windham High School is its 21st location. The event provides students the chance to watch the court up close and to learn about its work through a dialogue with the lawyers arguing the cases and the justices.
