Judge Gregory Chelak sentenced:

Henry Christopher Maloney, 59, Dingmans Ferry, two to six months in Pike County Jail, $500 and 12-month driver’s license suspension for DUI on Aug. 14, 2016, in Delaware Twp.

Harold J. Terwilliger, 33, Shohola, 90 days to five years in Pike County Jail, $1,800 fine and 18-month driver’s license suspension for DUI and simple assault on May 10 in Shohola Twp.

Mark Anthony Conklin, 28, Dingmans Ferry, 12 to 36 months in a state correctional facility, $1,900 fine and 12- month driver’s license suspension for false identification to law enforcement, flight to avoid apprehension, possession of drug paraphernalia, hindering apprehension and possession of a controlled substance on Feb. 1 and Feb. 4 in Delaware Twp. and March 18 and May 6 in Dingman Twp.

John Wayne Armbruster, 59, Ellenville, N.Y., three to six months in Pike County Jail, $500 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension for DUI on March 19 in Westfall Twp.

Randi Elizabeth DeYoung, 27, Paupack, 24 months of probation and $500 fine for access device fraud between June 14-18 in Palmyra and Lackawaxen townships.

Damian Donald Case, 20, Matamoras, 12 months of probation and $200 fine for retail theft on May 23 in Westfall Twp.

Robert F. Reiser, 66, Matamoras, six months of probation and $1,000 fine for DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia on May 10.

Anthony Joseph Laconte, 22, Greeley, 12 days to 12 months in Pike County Jail, followed by 90 days of probation, and $500 fine for possession of drug paraphernalia and harassment on Aug. 18 in Greeley.

Raheem V. McKinoon, 23, Brooklyn, N.Y., nine to 18 months in Pike County Jail, $1,500 fine and six-month driver’s license suspension for criminal conspiracy to commit burglary and possession of a controlled substance on Feb. 8, 2014, in Matamoras and Feb. 11 in Hawley.

Dawn A. Parker, 29, Paterson, N.J., 11 days to six months in Pike County Jail and $300 fine for disorderly conduct in Lehman Twp.

Sean Mahon, 37, Canadensis, five days to six months in the Pike County Jail, $500 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension for DUI on Jan. 1, 2016, in Blooming Grove Twp.

Peter Gelenoff Wardell, 34, Dingmans Ferry, 75 to 90 days in Pike County Jail and $1,200 fine for possession of a small amount of marijuana and driving on a suspended license on May 5 in Delaware Twp.

Mark Anthony Palmares, 26, Bronx, N.Y., $200 fine for disorderly conduct on April 13, 2013, in Westfall Twp.

Solomon Kwaku Gyimah, 52, Bushkill, 37 months to 11 years in a state correctional facility and fined $300 for criminal attempted arson, criminal mischief and incendiary devices on July 6, 2013, in Lehman Twp.

Marquis Antwan Dillard, 38, Bushkill, 12 months of probation and $400 fine for resisting arrest and harassment on Sept. 9, 2017, in Lehman Twp.

Lakeitha Shakina Gant, 27, Bushkill, six months of probation and $500 fine for theft on Jan. 1 in Westfall Twp.

Joseph Anthony Jacke, 33, Port Jervis, N.Y., six months of probation and $200 fine for retail theft on June 9 in Matamoras.

Jhon H. Garcia-Solis, 31, Richmond, N.Y., six months of probation and $500 fine for possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI on May 3, 2017, in Palmyra Twp.

Ashley Lynne Hussain, 31, Port Jervis, N.Y., six months of probation and $300 fine for resisting arrest on Sept. 25, 2017, in Westfall Twp.

Steven Wayne Kovach, 56, Greenwich, Conn., 72 hours to six months in Pike County Jail, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension for DUI on June 21, 2017, in Westfall Twp.

Eric David Medina, 25, Fairview, N.J., 72 hours to six months in Pike County Jail, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension for DUI on Nov. 23, 2017, in Palmyra Twp.

Christopher John Baluta, 52, Tafton, 45 days to nine months in a state correctional facility and $300 fine for resisting arrest on Sept. 14, 2017, in Palmyra Twp.

Keith M. Woegens, 34, Milford, 224 days to 23 months in Pike County Jail and $1,000 fine for receiving stolen property and simple assault between Oct. 5, 2016 and Jan. 17, 2017, in Westfall Twp.

Kelly Lee Dube, 50, Milford, five years plus six months of the IP Pike Care Program, which will include six months and 72 hours of electronic monitoring, a $2,800 fine and 30-month driver’s license suspension for two counts of DUI and one count of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 17, 2017, in Dingman Twp. Nov. 22, 2017, in Dingman Twp. and March 16 in Blooming Grove Twp.

Joseph John Tunney, 32, Cuddebackville, N.Y., six months of probation, $500 fine and 12 month driver’s license suspension for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia on Feb. 2, 2016, in Westfall Twp.
