Volunteers nurture Family Tree Center

December 25, 2017

The Family Tree Center - Billings Exchange Clubs’ Child Abuse Prevention Center would like to thank the Billings community for their generous support in 2017. Funding for our prevention programs of in-home mentoring, respite childcare, parenting classes and community workshops comes from grants, personal donations and fundraisers. Thank you to everyone who volunteered, sponsored or donated to our fundraising and awareness events — Festival of Trees in December, Pinwheels for Prevention events in April, Playhouse Parade in May and the Island Adventure Run in June. It takes hundreds of volunteers and supporters for our events to be successful and we appreciate each and every individual, service group and business that contributed their time, talents and resources so that we can fulfill our mission to prevent child abuse and neglect. We could not do all that we do for families without such wonderful community support.

Thank you to our financial donors who support us each year and to those who have awarded us special grants. Thank you also to everyone who volunteered in our programs, family fun nights and special projects. We love our volunteers and appreciate all you do for families in our community. Lastly, thank you to everyone who brought in donations of food, toys, items for families, blankets, books and more.

We are grateful to the community for all your support this year. Thank you for partnering with us to “build strong families” and to “stop the hurt before it happens.”

We wish everyone a joyous holiday season and happy New Year!
