April 14

Tracey Lee Idleman, 29, of Terrytown, was arrested on a Pennington County, South Dakota, warrant.

At Walmart, a 14-year-old Scottsbluff girl and a 15-year-old Scottsbluff girl were cited on charges of theft by shoplifting.

April 24

Haley Neumann, 21, of Gering, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension and possession of marijuana.

Aisha Watson, 26, of Scottsbluff, was cited on a charge of theft by shoplifting at Walmart.

Clara New, 25, was cited on a charge of driving under suspension.

Mario Plentyarrows, 46, of Gering, was cited on a charge of possession of open container.

At Dollar General, Raymond White, 57, was cited on a charge of theft of shoplifting.

April 26

Nichole Canseco, 21, of Scottsbluff, and Jaycie Starke, 19, of Hemingford, were cited on charges of theft by shoplifting at Menard’s. Starke was also cited on charges of driving under suspension, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to yield in connection with an accident in the 1900 block of 11th Avenue on April 6. Canseco was cited on a charge of driving under suspension.

April 27

Richard Strain, 40, of Scottsbluff, was arrested on a probation violation.

In two separate incidents, 15-year-old boys were cited on a charge of assault at Scottsbluff High School.

Andrea Janis, 25, of Scottsbluff, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence and driving under suspension after being involved in an accident in the 1800 block of Eighth Avenue. Jeremiah Kershaw, 40, of Scottsbluff, was cited on a charge of possession of an open container.

April 27

Nona Morales, 42, of Scottsbluff, and Brittany Cross, 25, of Scottsbluff, were cited on charges of disorderly conduct.

April 28

Joseph Servantez, 54, of Torrington, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence.

Levi Cayle Gene Ranabargar, 27, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence.

Jacob Tyree, 32, of Scottsbluff, was arrested on a charge of domestic assault in the 500 block of 16th Street.

A 15-year-old Scottsbluff girl and a 15-year-old Harrisburg girl were cited on charges of theft by shoplifting.
