Man sentenced for breaking and entering, admits to being under the influence at the time of the offense
Nicholas David Wroble, 29, no address listed, was sentenced to one year in jail and two years probation on a charge of breaking and entering with intent, in 51st Circuit Court Tuesday.
“This particular case has been very disturbing to the victim,” said Mason County Prosecutor Paul Spaniola. “The young-man victim whose items were stolen feels invaded. He feels angry.”
Wroble did admit and indicate to the court of his substance abuse issues and that he was under the influence at the time of the incident.
“I do apologize to the family I invaded,” Wroble said. “I was definitely not thinking, hence why that happened. I tried to seek help and it just didn’t come as quick as my fix and I succumbed to that.”
