Boeing Co., up $4.60 to $354.65
The company raised its annual forecasts after a strong quarter and said airlines ordered planes at a faster pace.
Texas Instruments Inc., down $8.24 to $92.01
The chipmaker gave a disappointing revenue forecast for the current quarter.
Deutsche Bank AG, down 70 cents to $10
The bank said it still expects to post a profit this year, but quarterly earnings decreased.
United Parcel Service Inc., down $6.31 to $107.93
The shipping company reported weak international revenue, while the strong dollar and high fuel prices also hurt its results.
Edwards Lifesciences Corp., down $7.94 to $140.36
The heart device maker posted lower-than-expected sales.
Boston Scientific Corp., down 35 cents to $35.68
The medical device company’s sales fell short of analyst estimates, and so did its fourth-quarter forecast.
iRobot Corp., down $11.33 to $80.49
The robotics technology company said tariffs will reduce its profitability in the fourth quarter.
Alphabet Inc., down $57.79 to $1,057.12
Technology and media and communications stocks accounted for much of the selling on Wall Street Wednesday.
