Man without license charged with driving a four-wheeler
A Rome man was jailed after being observed by officers to be operating a four-wheeler near the intersection of Alabama Highway and Woods Road, reports stated.
According to Floyd County Jail reports:
Jesse Lee Medlock, 22, 7A Lee St., was witnessed by officers driving a four-wheeler just before 1 p.m. Thursday. Officers knew Medlock had been served as a habitual violator three years ago.
Medlock fled the scene in West Rome and was later arrested at his home on Lee Street.
He is charged with felonies habitual violator and driving on a suspended license, along with misdemeanors operating a four-wheeler without a helmet, running a stop sign and fleeing from police.
Medlock was released Friday on a $3,500 bond.
