The Ludington Police Department arrested a 49-year-old Ludington female for operating while intoxicated at 7:55 p.m. Saturday at James and Loomis streets.

The Michigan State Police Hart Post arrested a 29-year-old Ludington female for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, driving without a license, open intox, and resisting and obstructing an officer at 10:30 p.m. Sunday at State and Main streets in Scottville.

Child neglect, abuse

The Michigan State Police Hart Post responded to a child neglect case at 12:35 p.m. Saturday in the 2200 block of North Leaver Road in Hart.

The Michigan State Police responded to a report of child abuse at 5:03 p.m. Saturday in the 4800 block of U.S. 10 in Pere Marquette Township.

Domestic violence

The Michigan State Police Hart Post arrested a 39-year-old-Rothbury male for domestic violence at 7:15 p.m. Friday in the 7100 block of South 88th Avenue in Grant Township in Oceana County.

Assault

The Mason County Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported assault at 12:51 a.m. Friday in the 6400 block of West Decker Road in Hamlin Township.

The Michigan State Police responded to a reported assault at 11:50 a.m. Saturday in the 5500 block South Oceana Drive in Grant Township in Oceana County. The incident remains under investigation.

Drug overdose

The Michigan State Police Hart Post responded to a reported drug overdose at 7:15 p.m. Saturday at U.S. 31 north of Winston in Grant Township in Mason County.

Suspended license

The Mason County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 35-year-old Scottville female for driving with a suspended license, second offense, at 8:26 p.m. Saturday at U.S. 10 and Bean Road.

No insurance

The Michigan State Police Hart Post arrested a 46-year-old Portage male for operating without insurance at 10 p.m. Sunday at Maple Island and Skeels roads in Greenwood Township.

Disorderly person

The Mason County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 49-year-old Scottville woman for being a disorderly person at 1:52 a.m. Sunday at Spectrum Health Ludington Hospital.

Warrant arrest

The Mason County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 19-year-old Mason County male for a warrant charging him with unlawful driving away of an auto at 10:43 a.m. Sunday at the Mason County Sheriff’s Office in the city of Ludington.
