Public invited to tour air monitoring stations
CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — The New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services is inviting the public to tour air monitoring stations and test out electric-powered lawn and garden equipment.
Staff will talk about the statewide air-monitoring network.
The department recently held a tour at the air monitoring station in Concord. Remaining tours are scheduled for July 18 in Laconia on Green Street; July 25 in Portsmouth, on 20 Pierce Island Road; and Aug. 1 in Keene, on 140 Water Street.
Sessions are from 10 a.m. to noon.
