Scattered thunderstorms are expected in northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio, the National Weather Service said.

An isolated strong to severe storm is possible in DeKalb, Kosciusko, LaGrange, Noble and Steuben counties, with gusty winds the potential main threat, the weather service said in its outlook.

For other counties in northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio, including Allen County, the storms are expected overnight, but severe weather is not expected, the outlook said. It said there is a low chance of storms Thursday morning, mainly south of U.S. 24.
