JUDGMENTS Criminal

Brandon M. Mecom sentenced to time served in jail and ordered to pay fines and fees of $283 for disorderly conduct. Brandon Michael Mecom sentenced to 18 months in jail, all except time served suspended to probation, and ordered to pay fines and fees totaling $883 for felony possession of a controlled substance. Rodger J. Brown sentenced to one year in jail, all except four days time served suspended to probation, and ordered to pay fines and fees totaling $383 for battery. Jenna Abnee sentenced to one year in jail, fully executed, and ordered to pay fines and fees totaling $683 for felony identity deception, possession of a controlled substance and theft. Christine N. Smith sentenced to two years in jail, all except time served suspended to community corrections, and ordered to pay fines and fees totaling $583 for felony unlawful possession of a syringe and felony possession of a legend drug. Goma K. Davis sentenced to three years in jail, all except 30 days time served suspended to community corrections, and ordered to pay fines and fees totaling $783.50 plus perform 40 hours of community service and a license suspension of two years for operating a vehicle with a .15 blood alcohol level. Isais M. Maldonado sentenced to time served in jail and ordered to pay fines and fees totaling $283.50 for operating a vehicle without a license. Sheanna Ray Bowling sentenced to one year in jail, fully executed, and ordered to pay fines and fees totaling $683 for felony possession of a narcotic drug. Tasha L. Long sentenced to two years and 34 days in jail, all except 34 days time served suspended to probation, and ordered to pay fines and fees totaling $883 plus perform 40 hours of community service during the first four months of probation for felony theft and felony possession of a narcotic drug. Christopher T. Fluhr sentenced to seven days in jail and ordered to pay restitution totaling $211 plus fines and fees totaling $183 for criminal mischief.
