DRUGS/TRESPASSING/RESISTING/WARRANTS, BULLHEAD CITY — Kory Bryant was arrested July 7 in the 2000 block of Hualapai Drive after a traffic stop. Police said Bryant, riding a bike, gave police a fake name and identity as he was entering a fenced yard of a residence. The person at the address told officers they didn’t know Bryant and wanted him removed. Police also said Bryant resisted arrest by pulling away and struggling. A search reportedly turned up some methamphetamine and a pipe. Bryant was arrested on suspicion of possessing dangerous drugs, possessing drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, criminal trespassing, failure to produce truthful name, a misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines, and a felony warrant for parole violation from the Arizona Department of Corrections. He was booked into the Mohave County Jail.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT, BULLHEAD CITY — Shannon Lynn Jarboe, 40, was arrested July 7 in the 2300 block of Acoma Drive. Police were called to the location regarding Jarboe, who was reportedly intoxicated, disruptive and screaming profanities. She was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct pertaining to domestic violence, then taken to the Mohave County Jail.
DRUGS/MISDEMEANOR WARRANTS, BULLHEAD CITY — Rebecca Jean Newell, 39, was arrested July 7 near the intersection of Highway 95 and Fifth Street. Police were looking to serve Newell with a misdemeanor warrant for failing to pay fines, but also determined she was in possession of methamphetamine. She was arrested on suspicion of possessing dangerous drugs, drug paraphernalia and the misdemeanor warrant, and taken to the Mohave County Jail.
SHOPLIFTING/DRUGS/WARRANT, BULLHEAD CITY — Chelsea Yukonna Lewis Pope, 24, was arrested Monday at Walmart, 2800 block of Highway 95. Police were called to the retailer on the report of shoplifting in which the suspect had lifted several items and concealed unpaid merchandise in her purse. Officers reported Lewis Pope also was in possession of methamphetamine. She was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting, possessing dangerous drugs, possessing drug paraphernalia and for a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. She was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
