Leicester held 0-0 by 10-man Hull in Premier League

March 14, 2015

LEICESTER, England (AP) — Leicester missed a huge chance to earn three points in its fight for survival in the Premier League by drawing 0-0 at home to 10-man Hull on Saturday.

The point left last-place Leicester seven points adrift of safety with 10 games left.

Tom Huddlestone was sent off in the 71st minute after picking up a second booking for a body-check on Jamie Vardy, but Hull held firm and restricted Leicester largely to long-range shots.

Nikica Jelavic wasted Hull’s best chance when he fluffed a finish from six meters out in the 20th minute.
