11:26 a.m. — An officer responded to a residence in the 1400 block of Broadway in reference to a protection order violation.
12:39 a.m. — At Five Rocks Road and Valley High Drive, Lisa Guel was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence.
1:51 a.m. — At the Scottsbluff Police Department, Raymond Weimer, 64, was cited on traffic charges after allegedy driving around a police block during a motor vehicle collision in the 100 block of South Beltline West.
12:25 a.m. — Police investigated a disturbance at Shots Bar, 1722 Broadway Ave. Multiple parties were involved, with no injuries reported. No arrests or citations were noted in the report.
5:41 a.m. — In the 1700 block of Broadway, Christian Perez was arrested on several criminal violations, including minor in possession, after police responded to a report of a subject trying to break into vehicles in the area of Broadway and West. 17th Street.
6:32 p.m. — In the 1500 block of Avenue C, Jennifer Carnes, 38, was cited on a charge of trespassing.
2:46 p.m. — In the 2200 block of Avenue E, Scottsbluff Police investigated a report of credit card fraud. The investigation was ongoing as of the date of the report.
3:43 p.m. — In the 2400 block of Avenue I, police assisted with an adult protective services investigation.
10:05 p.m. — In the 1900 block of 12th Avenue, Anthony Nguyen was arrested on a Scotts Bluff County warrant.
1:40 p.m. — In the 700 block of South Beltline East, Lucian Navarro, 30, was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension and possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person.
9:36 p.m. — In the 1200 block of 10th Avenue, Thomas Jimenez, 53, was arrested on charges of assault on a police officer, disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and a Lancaster County, Nebraska, warrant.
9:37 a.m. — At West 27th Street/Avenue I, Carmean Strawder was cited on a charge of driving under suspension, third offense.
2:13 p.m. — In the 4000 block of Avenue B, police assisted the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services with a child abuse investigation.
5:35 p.m. — Police investigated a vandalism in the 2300 block of Avenue E. A resident stated several juvenile males had fled his backyard and knocked over a cinder block wall. No arrests or citations were noted.
3:39 p.m. — In the 2000 block of Fifth Avenue, police investigated a report of a theft of cash, prescription pills and headphones from a motor vehicle.
9:30 p.m. — In the 1800 block of Avenue B, Darius Afraid of Hawk, 45, was arrested on charges of third-degree domestic assault.
