COPENHAGEN, Denmark (AP) — A Danish teenager has been ordered held in custody for three weeks on suspicion of posting online a video, purportedly made by Islamic extremists, and comments deemed threatening to others.

Investigator Jesper Boejgaard Madsen says the 19-year-old Danish citizen had posted the video on Facebook, allegedly showing people being executed for having spied against the Islamic State group.

Boejgaard Madsen it was accompanied by a text written by the suspect that “must be understood as a threat” in the sense that spies “will suffer the same fate.” The wording of the text was not known.

Boejgaard Madsen said Friday the unidentified teenager was arrested Thursday in Aarhus, western Denmark.

If found guilty, the suspect faces fines or up to 10 years in prison.
