Elms (3-2-1) knotted the score at 1-1 in the 37th minute when senior Danielle Asklar fired a shot off the near post and into the net following a free kick for her first tally of the year.
In the second half, the Falcons regained the lead at the 59:01 mark as Mitchell gathered a feed from senior Hannah Keohan, of Lunenburg, and blasted a shot into the back of the net for her fourth goal of the 2018 campaign to make the score 2-1.
