W-B Friendly Sons Name Greg Collins ‘Man Of The Year’

The Greater Wilkes-Barre Friendly Sons of St. Patrick have begun planning their annual dinner for Friday, March 16, at Best Western Plus Genetti Hotel & Conference Center in Wilkes-Barre. Toastmaster for the event is John Corcoran, honored Man of The Year is Greg Collins, retired senior vice president and area president of Wells Fargo Bank. Main speaker is Dick Vermeil, former NFL head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles and St. Louis Rams. Cocktail hour begins at 5 p.m. and dinner starts at 6:30. Tickets are $60 and can be purchased from ticket chairman Mike Ward by calling 570-417-1160. Officers and dinner committee, from left, are Jim Kelly, fourth vice president and entertainment chairman; Michael Ward, third vice president and ticket chairman; Tom Keeney, secretary; Brian Bradshaw, president; Mike Bradshaw, first vice president and dinner chairman; Patrick Jurish, second vice president and ad chairman, and Bob Morgan, treasurer.
