Morrill man killed in crash near Cheyenne
A 30-year-old Morrill man died in a crash near Cheyenne Friday.
Brian Henderson died in the crash about 12 miles north of Cheyenne, according to his sister, Stephanie Banham. According to information on the Wyoming State Patrol website, the crash occurred on Highway 85 near mile marker 21.
Banham said authorities told family members that Henderson had been traveling on Highway 85 when he overcorrected and his vehicle collided with a semi truck.
Henderson graduated from Morrill High School in 2006 and has been employed by Kelley Bean for 10 years, Banham told the Star-Herald. Banham described her brother as “an an amazing son, father and dad to five beautiful babies.”
Henderson was not wearing a seat belt, according to the summary on the Wyoming State Patrol’s fatality report on its website.
