Reporter Chris Lisinski, firstname.lastname@example.org, is learning from
numerous tax collectors that property owners are paying second-half
property taxes early in advance of changes in the federal tax code,
one of which will eliminate the property tax deduction.
The town of Chelmsford has instituted parking fees on top of
electricity fees at its three electrical car charging stations after
it discovered people were leaving their vehicles in the charging
spaces for several hours - sometimes days - at a time. Reporter Alana
