POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA/PARAPHERNALIA/WARRANT ARRESTS, BULLHEAD CITY — Donna Marie Deffenbaugh, 54, wewas arrested Saturday in the 1300 block of Navajo Drive on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Deffenbaugh was also arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for contempt of court. Police responded to a report of domestic violence, said Sgt. Steven Nave, department spokesman. Officers reported an odor of marijuana and found 1.5 grams of marijuana and paraphernalia in the residence. Robert Randall Crnek, 50, was cited and released. Deffenbaugh was booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

POSSESSION OF NARCOTIC DRUG/PARAPHERNALIA/WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Aaron Michael Dyer, 25, was arrested Saturday in the area of Ramar Road and Monte Vista Drive on suspicion of possession of narcotic drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and for a valid felony warrant issued by Department of Corrections for parole violation. Police stopped Dyer while investigating reports of a man with a weapon, said Sgt. Steven Nave, Bullhead City Police Department spokesman. Dyer resembled the description of the man in the report. A check showed the outstanding warrant, Nave said. Officers reported while talking with Dyer a pink and blue container fell to the ground behind him, Nave said. After officers arrested Dyer on the warrant, their further investigation showed the pink and blue container held a black tar-like substance that tested positive for heroin and drug paraphernalia. Dyer was booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT WITH A WEAPON/DOMESTIC VIOLENCE/DISORDERLY CONDUCT/POSSESSION OF DANGEROUS DRUGS FOR SALE/MARIJUANA/PARAPHERNALIA/CHILD ABUSE ARRESTS, BULLHEAD CITY — Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct, said Sgt. Steven Nave, Bullhead City Police Department spokesman. The victim reported Richard Anthony-Augustine Hernandez, 21, and she were in a verbal argument and that Richard Anthony-Augustine Hernandez, 21, pulled a .22-caliber semi-automatic pistol and pointed it at her while her 7 and 8-year-old children were standing beside her. Hernandez then got into a vehicle and left. Officers responded to a residence in the 1700 block of Ramar Road where they contacted Hernandez and his girlfriend, Raelynne Renee Salinas, 28, along with a 2-year-old child and a 7-year-old child, Nave said. Officers reported Salinas said there was a 22-caliber semi-automatic pistol in the house and that she and Hernandez were the only adults in the house. Police obtained a search warrant for the residence, Nave said. Officers reported locating the pistol, along with 4 grams of methamphetamine, 155 grams of marijuana and multiple baggies. Officers also said they located marijuana residue on a dining room table and methamphetamine on the floor of the garage near some children’s toys. Hernandez was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal damage, aggravated assault with a weapon, disorderly conduct with a weapon, possession of dangerous drugs for sale, possession of marijuana and child abuse. Salinas was arrested on suspicion of possession of dangerous drugs for sale, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and child abuse. Hernandez and Salinas were booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

SHOPLIFTING/DRUG PARAPHERNALIA ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — About 11:30 a.m. Saturday, police were called to a report of a combative shoplifter in the 900 block of Hancock Road, said Emily Fromelt, Bullhead City Police Department spokeswoman. Officers reported contacting Johnny Munoz, 26, who appeared to be heavily under the influence of some drug. Munoz was cited and released for shoplifting a soda and for possession of drug paraphernalia, a piece of tin foil and baggie with drug residue, Fromelt said. He was taken to Western Arizona Regional Medical Center.

WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — About 7:20 p.m. Saturday, police arrested Robert Larry Miller, 68, for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear, according to police documents. Miller was booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

WARRANT/UNDERAGE DRINKING/DRUG PARAPHERNALIA ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — About 10 p.m. Saturday, police pulled over a vehicle for speeding in the 2400 block of Highway 95, said Emily Fromelt, Bullhead city Police Department spokeswoman. Officers reported seeing a male passenger quickly lean forward as if to hide something. Investigation showed that the passenger, 18-year-old Victor Forrest Pherreigo, had placed a small amount of marijuana and marijuana pipe in the vehicle glove box. A check showed the other passenger, Kyle Christofer Kahabka, 19, had an outstanding warrant for disorderly conduct, Fromelt said. Officers reported they could smell an odor of alcohol on him. The officers also said they located a marijuana pipe where Kahabka was sitting. The female driver was cited and released for speeding and Pherreigo was cited and released for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Kahabka was arrested for the warrant and for suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and underage person with liquor in body and booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

ASSAULT/DISORDERLY CONDUCT/DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — About 2:45 a.m. Sunday, police responded to a report of domestic violence in the 1700 block of Highway 95, said Emily Fromelt, Bullhead City Police Department spokeswoman. A woman reported that she and her boyfriend got into an argument and that he hit her in the face. Officers reported the woman had swollen and bleeding lips, Fromelt said. Paramedics responded to the scene to treat her. William George Franks, 27, was arrested for disorderly conduct, domestic violence and assault, domestic violence and booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
