Steel Partners: 4Q Earnings Snapshot
NEW YORK (AP) _ Steel Partners Holdings LP (SPLP) on Friday reported a loss of $29.9 million in its fourth quarter.
On a per-share basis, the New York-based company said it had a loss of $1.20.
The diversified industrial company posted revenue of $364.2 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported net income of $4 million, or 16 cents per share, swinging to a profit in the period. Revenue was reported as $1.56 billion.
For the current quarter ending in April, Steel Partners said it expects revenue in the range of $327 million to $343 million.
The company expects full-year revenue in the range of $1.4 billion to $1.5 billion.
Steel Partners shares have decreased 14% since the beginning of the year. The stock has declined 26% in the last 12 months.
