Baseball drops road game against Yuma

April 18, 2019 GMT

In its final road game of the regular season, the Lake Havasu baseball team fell 4-3 to Yuma on Tuesday.

Despite the loss, the Knights (15-9, 5-1) are still in first in the West Valley Region and control their own destiny.

Lake Havasu entered the day ranked 12th in its division and will likely host a play-in game, barring any drastic changes in the rankings.

The Knights will conclude their regular season slate at home with a doubleheader against region foe Deer Valley on Thursday. Game 1 will start at 4 p.m. while the second game is scheduled for a 6 p.m. start.
