Rain, thunderstorms predicted for Havasu
Rain and thunderstorms are predicted for Lake Havasu City tonight. The National Weather Services says winds of 20 to 30 miles per hour are possible, with areas of San Bernardino seeing winds up to 50 mph. Widespread showers are expected, with isolated thunderstorms and hail possible. Light snow may accumulate in areas above 8,000 feet.
The Weather Service says there’s a 47 percent chance of rain in Havasu this evening. Rainfall chances drop to 8 percent in Havasu by Wednesday morning.
Tuesday morning’s light rains left .12 inches of rain in Havasu, meteorologists said.
