Police Hunt for 7-Eleven Robbery Suspects

LOWELL -- Police are seeking to identify three suspects in an armed robbery early Wednesday morning a Princeton Boulevard convenience store.

Police responded to the 7-Eleven at 645 Princeton Blvd. about 2:45 a.m. Wednesday for the report of an armed robbery that had just occurred, according to Capt. Paul Laferriere.

The store clerk told police two of the robbers had guns, one a long rifle and the other a handgun. The third suspect stayed by the door during the robbery. All three fled the store on foot, heading inbound on Princeton Boulevard.

The investigation is ongoing. Police did not provide any details about the amount of cash or other items the suspects may have stolen.

Police described the suspects as Hispanic males, all wearing sweatpants and hoods to cover their faces. Two had dark-colored sweatshirts and the third wore a dark-colored windbreaker.
