Comcast Provides Internet Service to 11 Kincade Fire Evacuation Centers and Opens 12,000 WiFi Hotspots to Help Residents and Emergency Personnel

LIVERMORE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct 29, 2019--

Comcast has opened 12,000 XFINITY WiFi hotspots throughout Sonoma and Napa Counties in Northern California to help residents and emergency personnel stay connected during the devastating Kincade Fire. Comcast is opening its hotspots for free use by anyone who needs them – including non-XFINITY customers.

In addition, Comcast is providing Internet service to 11 evacuation centers serving residents that have been evacuated due to the Kincade Fire in Sonoma and Napa counties.
