Beverly Jean Krueger Farnsworth, 74, passed away in her home with family and friends by her side after a three-year-long battle with blood and bone cancers on Thursday, May 9, 2019.

She visited all wonders of the world and went on numerous cruises with family and friends. She was an avid gardener and loved birdwatching. Beverly was an adoring Boston Terrier lover and enjoyed the companionship of four Bostons throughout her life. She shared her love of the breed with her friends and family. She was the matriarch of the family and enjoyed cooking for her loved ones and hosting holidays.

Beverly proudly served as a volunteer in her community. She was an active member of First Congregational Church of Christ, serving on the board of trustees and working on The Peanut Project. Most recently, she served as a police and fire commissioner for the town of Lake Mills for the last several years. She volunteered on the Lake Mills High School Class of 1962 reunion committee for over 55 years.

She is survived by children Craig (Summer) Ross of Watertown, Cynthia Tanev of Lake Mills and Susan (Todd) Greeneway of Appleton; grandchildren Constance (Jake) Thorn, Parker Ross, Abigail and Allison Greeneway, and Thomas and Victor Tanev; brother Gerald (Chris) Krueger of Citrus Springs, Florida; beloved nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Beverly was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Thomas and Benjamin Richard Krueger.
