The fourth annual Treasure Coast Bonito Blast to benefit Wounded Warriors of South Florida will take placeSaturday and Sunday. The fishing tournament begins with a captain’s meeting on Saturday at 7 p.m., continues Sunday with a weigh-in at The Twisted Tuna in Stuart from 1-3 p.m. and concludes with an awards dinner at 5 p.m. at the Manatee Island Bar and Grill in Port Salerno. Live music, auction, $2,500 in prize money. Entry fee is $100 per boat up to four people; $25 each additional person; includes dinner for two nights; kids 12 and under are free. Celebrities Fore Kids will hold their 18th annual Golf Classic at Jonathan’s Landing Old Trail Course in Jupiteron Nov. 28. Palm Beach County is offering the following programs at Riverbend Park in Jupiter:

• Walk the trails with a naturalist and learn about the park’s history; Saturdays and Sundays at 8 a.m., free.

• Evening bike ride: tomorrow, 7 p.m.; all ages, $10 per person.

The Dream Ride Experience Florida to Connecticut Rally will depart from the PGA Resort & Spa in Palm Beach Gardenson Saturday. The event, benefiting and celebrating Special Olympics athletes, starts with a VIP send-off party Aug. 19 from 6:30-9:30 p.m. and the kickstands will come up at 9 a.m. Aug. 20 for the six-day, 2,000-mile trek to Farmington, Conn. for a three-day rally. Lost Tree Golf Club in North Palm Beach will host the “Cure NF with Jack” golf tournamenton Sept. 16. Golfers Mike Nicklaus, Patrick Kelly, Dan Allen and others will tee off with a 9 a.m. shotgun start in a benefit for Neurofibromatosis, a common genetic disorder where nerve tissue grows tumors which can damage and compress nerves and other tissues. The disease has affected Jack Burke, 11, for whom the tournament is named, since he was two years old. Proceeds to benefit those suffering from cancer and learning disabilities. Fees are $300 per golfer/$1,200 for a foursome; practice opens at 7:30 a.m. with a post-tournament reception to include raffles and auctions.
