ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (AP) — The Denver Broncos are getting some healthy bodies back at cornerback as they try to win their final two games and avoid the franchise's first back-to-back losing seasons in 48 years.

With Denver out of playoff contention and facing a slew of injuries at the position, the Broncos placed star cornerback Chris Harris Jr. on injured reserve and signed free agent Craig Mager, who was released by the Chargers earlier this season.

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (AP) — The Denver Broncos have signed veteran cornerback Jamar Taylor to add depth to their defensive backfield with star cornerback Chris Harris Jr. out with chip fracture in his lower right leg.

Taylor is a six-year pro from Boise State who has appeared in 74 career games and made 41 career starts with the Arizona Cardinals (2018), Cleveland Browns (2016-17) and Miami Dolphins (2013-15).

Broncos promote Langley to replace Jones on roster

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (AP) — The Denver Broncos have promoted cornerback Brendan Langley from their practice squad.

He replaces veteran cornerback Adam Jones, who was waived Tuesday, 48 hours after playing just five snaps on defense and returning a kickoff 16 yards in Denver's 23-22 win over the Los Angeles Chargers.

Langley is a 2017 third-round draft pick who played in 11 games his rookie season, when he averaged 30.5 yards on six kickoff returns.

Denver Broncos sign veteran Adam ‘Pacman’ Jones

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (AP) — Adam "Pacman" Jones is reuniting with Vance Joseph, who was his Cincinnati's secondary coach during the veteran cornerback's best seasons in the NFL.

Jones signed a one-year deal with the Denver Broncos after visiting the team on Sunday. To make room, the Broncos waived inside linebacker Bo Bower.

Kelly, Lynch among inactives for Broncos-Colts game

Broncos sign top draft pick Garett Bolles

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (AP) — First-round draft pick Garett Bolles of Utah signed a four-year, $11 million contract with the Broncos on Thursday as Denver's draft class gathered at team headquarters for rookie orientation.

Bolles, the 20th overall pick, signed a deal that included more than $6 million in a signing bonus. He'll count about $2 million against the teams' salary cap this season.
