WASHINGTON (AP) — The Supreme Court is declining to revive a lawsuit by Olivia de Havilland over the FX Networks miniseries "Feud: Bette and Joan," which centered on the rivalry between actresses Bette Davis and Joan Crawford.
The high court on Monday said it would not take the actress's case. That means a California appeals court's decision throwing out the lawsuit stands. The appeals court unanimously ruled in 2018 that California law and the First Amendment required the lawsuit's dismissal.

NEW YORK (AP) — A woman who worked for Michael Douglas in the late 1980s says he fondled himself in front of her — an allegation the actor has vigorously denied.
Susan Braudy appeared Friday on NBC's "Today" show.
Braudy, a journalist and author, says Douglas unbuckled his belt, put his hand into his trousers and fondled himself in her presence. She says a friend later cautioned her not to tell anyone.
PASADENA, Calif. (AP) — Catherine Zeta-Jones says that husband Michael Douglas, who has denied allegations of sexual harassment, is a strong supporter of the #MeToo movement.
"Michael is 110 percent behind this movement," says Zeta-Jones, who noted that the 73-year-old Douglas is both the husband and son of actresses. "He's been in this business working creatively with women for over 50 years."
