Almost 90 vendors signed up to sell ethnic foods, crafts, craft beers and other goods and foods at the inaugural Lackawanna County Heritage Fair the weekend after Memorial Day, an organizer said. Designed to highlight local culture and heritage, the organizers expect the five-day fair — May 29 to June 2 at Montage Mountain Resorts — to attract 30,000 to 40,000 people, according to a news release.
