Bomb, gun threat locks down Delaware school district

MIDDLETOWN, Del. (AP) — A Delaware school district was placed on lockdown for more than an hour in response to several threats.

Citing a Delaware State Police release, news outlets report a male caller Thursday said he had a bomb he was taking to Middletown High School.

3 teen girls arrested in high school fight that injured 4

DAGSBORO, Del. (AP) — Three teens have been arrested in connection with a fight at a Delaware high school that left another student and three faculty members injured.

News outlets report the Delaware State Police said in a news release that three female students aged 17, 16 and 15 attacked a 17-year-old girl who was seated in the Indian River High School office on Monday.

Delaware state police make arrest in string of burglaries

NEWARK, Del. (AP) — Delaware state police have arrested a Wilmington man in a string of burglaries at businesses throughout New Castle County.

Police said Saturday they have arrested 44-year-old Eric Jackson.
