Those words were spoken by Uttam Dhillon on Thursday at the New Mexico Museum of Natural History and Science.
A complaint of illegal drug use turned into the arrest of one man and the ticketing of his son, authorities said today.
The incident began about 2 p.m. Wednesday with a call to Rochester police, claiming people were using drugs inside a parked car.
According to Beaver Dam Police Department’s annual report, 2016 saw a rise in drug arrests, both sale and possession, and an almost $10,000 jump in parking tickets collected.
Beaver Dam Police Chief John Kreuziger said the drug arrests are a result of rising illegal drug use in the area.
