ROSEMONT, Ill. (AP) — The Big Ten announced Tuesday that Michigan's Aidan Hutchinson is its defensive player of the year and Michigan State's Mel Tucker is the coach of the year.
Hutchinson leads the conference and is third nationally with 13 sacks, including three in the win over Ohio State last week.
No. 18 Wisconsin (8-3, 6-2 Big Ten, No. 14 CFP) at Minnesota (7-4, 5-3), Saturday at 4 p.m. EST (Fox).
Line: Wisconsin by 6 1/2, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
Big Ten Commissioner Kevin Warren said the conference will take take a “decentralized” approach to COVID-19 protocols by allowing each school to put in place its own plan.
“Our schools are finalizing their proposed policies and procedures for the fall,” Warren said at Big Ten football media days at Lucas Oil Stadium.
