CLEVELAND (AP) — Cavaliers point guard Derrick Rose was held out of Saturday night's game against the Orlando Magic because of a sprained left ankle.

Rose twisted his ankle after being fouled by Milwaukee's Greg Monroe while driving to the basket in the fourth quarter on Friday. Monroe grabbed Rose by his neck and pulled him to the floor.

CLEVELAND (AP) — The Cleveland Cavaliers have agreed to terms with Turkish forward Cedi Osman, a person with knowledge of the situation tells The Associated Press.

The Cavaliers drafted Osman in the second round in 2015 and their deal was confirmed by a person who spoke on the condition of anonymity because the team had not announced the deal. ESPN reported that it is a three-year contract worth $8.3 million.

Golden State signed Calderon and waived him a couple of hours later. He was expected to be in uniform for the Hawks' game Sunday against Indiana.

Nwaba has averaged 13.9 points, 7.0 rebounds and 1.1 assists in 38 games for the Los Angeles D-Fenders.

LOS ANGELES (AP) — The Los Angeles Lakers have waived guard Jose Calderon.

The native of Spain played just 24 games with the Lakers this season after being traded to the organization from the Bulls in July.

He made 11 starts during his short tenure and averaged 3.3 points, 2.1 assists and 1.7 rebounds.

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Lakers forward Larry Nance Jr. will be out for approximately four weeks with a bone bruise in his left knee.

The Lakers announced the diagnosis Sunday night.

Nance was hurt during the Lakers' loss at Charlotte on Dec. 20 and was re-examined by team doctors Sunday.

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Point guard D'Angelo Russell will miss the Los Angeles Lakers' next two games to rest his sore knee.

Coach Luke Walton says Russell will sit out of the Lakers' home game against Oklahoma City on Tuesday night and their road game at Golden State on Wednesday.
