TORONTO (AP) — The Toronto Raptors turned in their best 3-point shooting performance of the season. The Washington Wizards had one of their worst.
Kawhi Leonard had 27 points and 10 rebounds, Kyle Lowry scored 15 points and the Raptors won their fourth straight game, beating the Wizards 125-107 on Friday night.
OG Anunoby scored 15 points and Fred VanVleet had 13 as Toronto posted its third straight win over the Wizards and improved its NBA-leading record to 16-4.
Kawhi Leonard's debut in his new home arena will have to wait.
Leonard was one of the regulars who rested Friday night, when the Toronto Raptors defeated Melbourne United 120-82. The Raptors scheduled five preseason games this season, but Friday's was the only one that'll be played in Toronto.
Kyle Lowry also got the night off for the Raptors, who don't play again in Toronto until the season-opener Oct. 17 against Cleveland.

TORONTO (AP) — For the first time in almost 17 years, the Toronto Raptors are off to a winning start in a playoff series.
Not that they're overly excited about it.
Serge Ibaka had 23 points and 12 rebounds, Delon Wright scored 11 of his 18 points in the fourth quarter, and the Raptors snapped a 10-game losing streak in playoff openers by beating the Washington Wizards 114-106 on Saturday.
"It's out of the way now," DeMar DeRozan said of the streak. "Worry about Game 2."
