Dolphins place DE Emmanuel Ogbah on season-ending IR

MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. (AP) — The Dolphins placed defensive end Emmanuel Ogbah on injured reserve Monday after he suffered a season-ending triceps injury in Sunday's 39-17 win over the Cleveland Browns.

Miami Dolphins safety Brandon Jones will be placed on injured reserve with a knee injury he suffered in the third quarter of Sunday's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, coach Mike McDaniel said Monday.

Dolphins place 2nd-round tender on CB Nik Needham

MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. (AP) — The Miami Dolphins said Friday they have placed a second-round tender on cornerback Nik Needham.

The deal means Needham will earn nearly $4 million next season with the Dolphins, unless he signs an offer with another team that Miami elects to not match.

Waddle shines, Dolphins beat Saints 20-3 to win 7th straight

NEW ORLEANS (AP) — A Dolphins defense that intercepted Saints rookie Ian Book twice and sacked him eight times was probably enough to push Miami's winning streak to seven games.

Miami also got a big lift from rookie sensation Jaylen Waddle to outclass New Orleans on both sides of the ball.
