Conte’s return ruined as Tottenham loses at Leicester 4-1

LEICESTER, England (AP) — Manager Antonio Conte's return to the dugout was a miserable one as his Tottenham was humiliated at Leicester 4-1 in the English Premier League on Saturday.

Nampalys Mendy’s first goal in more than six years inspired Leicester to the comeback win after Rodrigo Bentancur briefly gave Spurs the lead.

Tottenham routs Norwich 5-0 to clinch Champions League place

NORWICH, England (AP) — Tottenham clinched Champions League qualification with a 5-0 win over relegated Norwich in the last round of the Premier League on Sunday.

Son Heung-min and Dejan Kulusevski both scored twice and Harry Kane got the other goal as Spurs finished fourth, two points ahead of Arsenal, which defeated visiting Everton 5-1.

Juventus beats Malmo 3-0 for 1st win since Ronaldo’s exit

MALMO, Sweden (AP) — Juventus claimed its first win of the post-Cristiano Ronaldo era by beating Malmo 3-0 in the Champions League after a flurry of first-half goals on Tuesday.

Alex Sandro’s 23rd-minute opener was followed by goals in the space of 60 seconds by Paulo Dybala — from the penalty spot — and Alvaro Morata on the stroke of halftime in the south of Sweden.
