HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) — Bob Stefanowski, the Republican Party's endorsed candidate for governor, announced Monday he has tested positive for COVID-19.

The 60-year-old issued a statement saying he tested positive on Monday morning after learning he had been exposed to someone who was COVID-positive.

HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) — Connecticut Attorney General William Tong has tested positive for COVID-19, becoming the latest top state official to contract the coronavirus.

Tong, 48, was experiencing mild symptoms and will remain in isolation for five days, according to a news release from his office Wednesday.
