“If you have the kind of connectivity that M3Linked offers, the relationships and business experiences become richer,” said Manoogian, who brings decades of executive coaching and mentorship experience. “I love being a part of that. Part of my progression in the executive ladder was learning from and then becoming an executive coach. I found that process fulfilling and wanted to find a place that provided real value. I’m thrilled to join the Becks to bring that value to the Dallas community.”
Engagement in M3Linked communities is built on the proprietary M3Linked Methodology that removes barriers for business leaders to connect, energize, and grow. “My experience has been in corporate executive roles, and so Joe and Abby really bring in the entrepreneurial and small business aspect,” he said. “We all feel this is the right fit for what we want to do in this community as we build up our in-person opportunities.”
The new community in Dallas comes on the heels of M3Linked opening its first international location with a community in Toronto. Since rebranding as a franchise in 2019, there are now more than three dozen M3Linked communities open or in development in seven states and in Washington, D.C. Franchise opportunities are available across the U.S. and Canada, and M3Linked CEO Steven Nelick says this agreement is a major milestone in the growth of such a quickly emerging brand.
