Contango ORE Announces Approval to List on the NYSE American

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov 19, 2021--

Contango ORE, Inc. (“CORE” or the “Company”) (OTCQB: CTGO) announced today that the Company’s common stock has been approved for listing on the NYSE American, LLC (“NYSE American”). Trading on the NYSE American is expected to begin on or about November 24, 2021 under the Company’s existing ticker symbol “CTGO”.

Concurrent with the start of trading on the NYSE American, CORE’s common stock will cease trading on the OTC Markets. Shareholders are not required to take any action.

Rick Van Nieuwenhuyse, the Company’s President and CEO, stated: “We are pleased to announce that the Company’s shares will begin trading on the NYSE American.
