Meridian Compensation Partners Names Three New Partners Effective January 1, 2022

Each year Meridian evaluates partner candidates based on a broad range of important criteria covering personal attributes, outstanding client service and consulting skills, financial contributions and personal values. Recently, Meridian’s Partners voted to recognize three Lead Consultants who have exceeded these criteria with an invitation to join the Partnership.

George Paulin has served many of the largest and most-valuable U.S. public and private companies over an exemplary executive compensation consulting career that spans more than three decades. George joined Meridian as a Managing Director earlier in 2021. George is regularly named to the NACD list of the 100 most influential people in corporate governance, has testified to Congress on executive compensation matters, appeared on CNBC and other business media outlets, and contributed to many director and business-focused publications. Prior to joining Meridian, George was with another major executive compensation consultancy serving successively as President, CEO and Chairman.

David Bixby has almost 25 years of compensation consulting experience with an emphasis on the assessment and design of executive and director pay programs, pay and performance alignment, and corporate governance. David has built an impressive board-level client portfolio with an emphasis on energy and oil and gas companies. Dan Kaufman has almost two decades of executive compensation and corporate governance experience both as a consultant and in corporate leadership.
