Emmy Award-Winning Journalist Jemele Hill Signs Lease with CIM Group for Office Space and Podcast Studio in LA’s West Adams Neighborhood

CIM Group announced today that it has signed a lease with Emmy Award-winning journalist and media personality Jemele Hill and Hill’s long-time representative and veteran television agent Evan Dick (Exit 39) for a dedicated podcast studio and creative office in Los Angeles’ West Adams neighborhood.

The entire two-story building at 5563 W. Adams Blvd. will serve as headquarters for Hill’s newly announced “Unbothered Network” in partnership with Spotify, including the flagship critically acclaimed and award-winning podcast “Jemele Hill is Unbothered” and other business ventures.

The new 3,679-square-foot development, located between South Marvin and Carmona Avenues, brings contemporary office space to one of Los Angeles’ most sought after neighborhoods, one that has become a burgeoning district for eclectic dining and entertainment and an appealing option for media and entertainment companies such as Unbothered.
