Alan Hahn, CEO and Co-Founder of MycoTechnology started his career in the high-tech world but was lured to mushroom tech after being diagnosed as a Type II diabetic. “When I was first diagnosed, I remember the doctor pulling me aside and telling me, this is how you are going to live your life, if it tastes good don’t eat it, and if it tastes bad eat it.
