Salesfloor Acquires Conversational Commerce Leader Automat

NEW YORK, Jan. 13, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Salesfloor, the industry-leading Virtual Shopping and Clienteling mobile application, announced today its acquisition of Automat, a Montreal-based conversational artificial intelligence (AI) platform that powers guided shopping experiences, product recommendations and personalization for brands. Automat provides AI shopping capabilities for brands like L’Oréal, Harry Rosen, Colgate-Palmolive, Amika, SoundsTrue, and others. Omnichannel retail and eCommerce are two of the fastest evolving categories in today’s economy. The addition of advanced AI to Salesfloor’s feature mix makes Salesfloor the leader in the Virtual Shopping, Clienteling and Sales Automation for retailers in every B2C vertical.
