Artificial intelligence in the workplace has gotten a mixed response. While some are sure that it will boost productivity, some worry that it will replace jobs and positions.
According to Forbes, “94% [of IT leaders are] expecting the focus of implementing automation to grow within the next three years.”
Forbes also says that, 93% of companies that use automation credit AI for automating previously time-consuming manual processes, allowing their employees to focus on initiatives and strategic tasks.
Andy Khawaja envisions AI technology that allows employees to focus on the most engaging and critical parts of their job. His new department at AIDP focuses on humanizing work and eliminating the tedious, time consuming tasks.
But, streamlining processes is only part of its goal. While many companies focus solely on increasing productivity and output, Andy Khawaja and AIDP want this new AI software to improve health and morale.
“The time and energy that this software will save will also use smart AI technology to repurpose that saved time into breaks and exercises for health and morale,” Andy Khawaja says, “…we often get so caught up in our work that we forget to take care of ourselves on a daily basis. We need to take care of ourselves also so we can keep working, keep achieving, and chasing our goals.”
AIDP says that much of today’s workforce suffers from tension headaches, back pain, and poor health in general.
Andy Khawaja says that his new AI technology will be able to read its user. From posture to eye strain to stretching and simple calming exercises, it can read a user and implement new routines.
Andy Khawaja added, “We’re very excited about this new department and to announce new features and focuses in months to come.”
